Cereus is a service that allows you to manage your social media accounts, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and others, from one platform. You can create, schedule, and publish posts, monitor and analyze your performance, and engage with your audience. Cereus also offers features such as content suggestions, templates, hashtags, and more to help you create and optimize your social media content.

To use Cereus, you need to create an account and connect your social media accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account and password, and for any activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your account or password with anyone else, or use anyone else's account or password. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access or use of your account or password.

You also grant us the right to access and use your social media accounts for the purpose of providing Cereus.

Cereus is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that Cereus will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from or relating to your use of or inability to use Cereus, or any content or services provided by Cereus, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, losses, or expenses.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms of Use or Cereus will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Aldergrove, British Columbia, Canada. You agree to waive any objections to such jurisdiction and venue, and to resolve any disputes amicably and in good faith.

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding Cereus, and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or understandings. We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time, and will post the updated version on our website. Your continued use of Cereus after the effective date of the revised Terms of Use will constitute your acceptance of the changes.
